Vik Chawla

Vik Chawla has over 14 years of experience advising leading biopharma companies on strategic issues including portfolio strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, forecasting, and commercialization. Vik has led and supported numerous commercial due diligence and product launch efforts spanning oncology, rare diseases, and cell and gene therapies.

Before joining Syneos Health, Vik worked in the Deals Strategy and Transactions group at PwC Strategy&, provided strategy consulting services at LEK consulting and IQVIA and supported the Oncology Global commercial business unit at Pfizer.

Vik earned his MBA from the University of Maryland and BS in Mechanical from PEC, India.

Andy Tincu

Andy Tincu

Andy brings over 17 years of biotech leadership to his role as Vice President of Solution Design for Full-Service Commercial at Syneos Health, where he is accountable for commercial and development strategy for the company’s biotech clients.

Prior to Syneos Health, Andy worked within mid-size biotechnology companies in leadership roles for asset and commercial strategy, leadership management, international operations, pipeline strategy and business development.

With his diverse career of life science experience, Andy delivers a practical approach to commercial and development planning, designing and executing innovative services.
